Aizik L. Wolf, MD, is a highly skilled neurosurgeon with over 35 years of experience providing exceptional neurological surgery services to patients in and around South Miami, Florida . Dr. Wolf has authored over 100 scientific publications and has lectured extensively worldwide.

Dr. Wolf is certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgeons and is founder and Medical Director of the Miami Neuroscience Center in South Miami, Florida, recognized as one of the most successful radiosurgery programs in the nation. 

He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has been named honorary member  of numerous international societies in recognition of his contributions and achievements in the field of radiosurgery..

Dr. Wolf is a world-leading authority on stereotactic radiosurgery. He has performed over 11,500 Gamma Knife® radiosurgery procedures, a noninvasive surgery for inoperable brain tumors. Dr. Wolf is also a leader in diagnosing and treating trigeminal neuralgia (TN) and hydrocephalus.

Graduating with honors from the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Wolf graduated summa cum laude from Yale Medical School in New Haven, Connecticut. He finished his residency at the University of Minnesota Hospitals in Minneapolis.

Dr. Wolf served as Chief of Epilepsy, Gamma Knife and Skull Base Surgery as well as Assistant Professor of Neurology and Neurosurgery at the University of Maryland. 

Dr. Wolf was the first physician to bring the Gamma Knife radiosurgery program to Florida. He performed the first outpatient Gamma Knife procedure in the nation and most recently heads the third ZAP-X gyroscopic radiosurgery® program in the United States. 

His pioneering work in the treatment of multiple brain metastasis since 1993 has now become the standard of care worldwide.
